Culture and Tourism Week in Hoi An 

The people committee of Hoi An launches Culture and Tourism Week to welcome the 35^th ceremony of Hoi An liberation ( 28^th  March, 1975 and 28^th March, 2010)

Along with this event 35 motors decorated with flowers will process on the streets of city. Specially they reflect in the lifestyle of the time: heroic people, prosperous city. and the pride on party.

Quang Nam Province is located in Central Viet Nam, 860km from Ha Noi to the South and 865 km from Ho Chi Minh to the North. It borders with Da Nang city to the North, with Quang Ngai province to the South, with the East sea to the East and with Kon Tum province and People's Democratic Republic of  Laos to the West.

Tourism Potentials

My Son sanctuary    
Belonging to Duy Phu commune, Duy Xuyen district, My Son sanctuary is 45 km west of Hoi An, 70 km South of Da Nang.

In 1898, a French soldier named M.C. Paris, found out My Son temples in a secret narrow valley among dense forests. Not long after that, scientists and archeologists from French Far Eastern Archaeological Scholar Institute came and researched epitaphs, architecture and sculptures in My Son.
